Meet Madison
Madison Maguire, CPA, is the founder of Maguire Accounting & Advisory. With a background spanning accounting, finance, and business operations, she helps business owners bring clarity to their financials, strengthen the accounting side of their business, and make better-informed decisions.
Before founding Maguire Accounting & Advisory, Madison spent nearly a decade in the federal contracting space, where she managed complex multimillion-dollar programs and gained firsthand experience in the financial and operational disciplines required to run them successfully. Her work also included establishing operations in international markets, supporting buy-side mergers and acquisitions, and providing strategic advisory support within a multibillion-dollar organization.
Through that experience, Madison developed a passion for working directly with small businesses, where strong financial practices and the right level of support can make a meaningful difference in how a business operates and grows.
Today, she works alongside business owners at every stage of their accounting needs. That may mean cleaning up books that have gotten off track, providing reliable ongoing accounting and financial reporting, strengthening processes as a business grows, or serving as a trusted financial resource when important decisions arise. Her approach is practical and straightforward, with a focus on accurate financials, clear communication, and helping owners understand what their numbers are telling them.
Madison is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Finance from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Northeastern State University. She lives in Tulsa with her husband and two sons and serves as Treasurer on the board of Crosstown Learning Center.
